Working hypothesis

The combined treatment may improve zinc availability and yield, but high soil pH, irrigation uniformity, and baseline nutrient variation could affect the response.

Record soil pH, extractable zinc, organic carbon, infiltration, prior crop, irrigation, and management history before treatment.

Treatment layout

Randomize four treatments within each block. Document material analysis, application rate, date, equipment, and weather.

Collect yield, tissue zinc, soil carbon, and infiltration using consistent locations, depths, dates, and calculation versions.
